5.3 Self-deletion: You may delete your user account from My Profile > Delete my account. This will delete your user information and your account. You will not be able to restore it and must register again to create a new user.

7.4. Platform Security and Fraud Prevention To maintain a secure platform, we use personal data to identify and limit potential risks, such as fraud, unauthorized access, and misuse. This includes monitoring account activity and implementing security measures to protect our users and the platform.
7.5. Customer Support, Problem Resolution, and Dispute Handling To assist in resolving any issues or disputes that arise between users, Prokistan may access chat data exchanged between the involved users. This access is strictly limited to cases where reviewing chat content is necessary to resolve a dispute or ensure compliance with our terms and guidelines. We process this data confidentially and solely for support and dispute resolution purposes.
